今年的年度汽车大赏Car Of The Year已经揭晓。通过28国的93位记者投票，最终Volkswagen的超人气电动车ID.4成功挤下Honda e、Toyota Yaris、Audi A3等强劲对手，成为冠军。这是Volkswagen继2009年起第五度夺下Car Of The Year。
Volkswagen首席执行官Ralf Brandstätter认为，这不仅是该品牌成功推出纯电动汽车，在当前激烈竞争的SUV级距中，ID.4能够脱颖而出，成功将日常的燃油模式转为电能，在汽车发展史上是非常重要的一个转折点。
新世代Mercedes S-Class则赢得了World Luxury Car，击败了Land Rover Defender、Aston Martin DBX、BMW X6、Polestar 2等竞争对手。
