评委Mark Livermore说，今年的参赛产品质量上佳，冠军是从过去十个种类400多个赢得过金牌奖的产品中挑选出来的。

“所有的上佳乳制品都来自于上佳的牛奶。我们要感谢维州的天气和肥沃的土壤，还有辛勤的奶农们生产出一些全世界范围内也是最好的牛奶。” 他说。

澳洲乳制品大奖赛已经进入了第19个年头。比赛褒扬优质的澳洲乳制品，并认可澳洲产商在生产一些全球最佳的乳制品中体现的质量和技能。
