據《每日郵報》今日（7月13日）報導，來自維州莫寧頓半島（Mornington Peninsula）德羅馬納（Dromana）的一對夫婦中了價值8000萬澳元的powerball（強力球）彩票大獎，但二位目前不願透露姓名。
據報道稱，這對夫婦贏得的可是澳大利亞歷史上第三大彩票的重獎，與此同時，他們在維州歷史上所有彩票的玩家們中，是最大獎金額的得主，沒有之一。
得獎的這位女士說，「我覺得這是一場夢，可能夢醒了一切就都沒了。」
「但好像現在不是夢，我還能在自處走動，也沒有什麼夢醒時分的失落感。」
她還表示，因為疫情封鎖的緣故，二人都差點忘記檢查買過的號碼了。
目前據悉，二位先前沒有填寫完整的相關信息，所以怕是要等疫情過去後，二人才能親自去領取這大獎。
