7月30日，新聞集團（News Corp）正式發布澳大利亞首份完全基於客觀數據的《私立學校百強榜》（Australia』s Top 100 Private Schools），通過對20餘項指標的深度分析，揭曉了澳洲頂尖付費教育機構的綜合排名。
- 悉尼文法學院（Sydney Grammar） 憑藉學術成就與硬體設施的卓越綜合表現榮登榜首。
- 黑利伯瑞學院（Haileybury, Victoria） 作為排名最高的男女混校（co-ed school）位列第二。
- 緊隨其後的是維州伯伍德（Burwood, Victoria）與新州克羅伊登（Croydon, NSW）的長老會女子學院（Presbyterian Ladies』 College）。
- 布里斯班女子文法學校（Brisbane Girls』 Grammar）位列第五。
一個特別的現象是，在未評估西澳大利亞州（WA）學校的情況下，前20強中單性別學校（single-sex institutions）佔比高達90%（18所）。其中，男子學校佔8所（包括冠軍悉尼文法學校），女子學校佔10所，僅有兩所混校：亞軍黑利伯瑞學院（墨爾本四校區）和第八名聖倫納德學院（St Leonard』s College, Brighton East, Melbourne）。地域分布上，維多利亞州（Victoria）佔半數（10所），新南威爾士州（NSW）佔8所，昆士蘭州（Queensland）佔2所。
該榜單由專業團隊採用複合演算法，對每所學校進行七大維度加權評分：
NAPLAN（全國評估計劃）與ATAR（高校入學排名） 多學年學術成績；師生比例；學費標準、資金水平及社會經濟優勢評級；校園設施（專業中心、游泳池、劇院可加分）；課程廣度（特色小眾學科可加分）；課外活動豐富度（側重領導力與文化項目）；體育項目完備性（高水平運動及專項體育可加分）
國際女校聯盟（ICGS）區域執行董事洛倫·布里奇（Loren Bridge） 指出，女校營造的「強烈歸屬感」是學業投入與成功的關鍵。研究表明，單性別學校女生學習更投入，師生關係更融洽，課堂受尊重感更強，且在STEM（科學、技術、工程、數學）參與度和領導力培養上優勢明顯。
